This was my first time at the Howard Center. All the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very kind. They informed me of everything they offer at the center. I also like how they have different alternatives and methods of examining patients.

Usually get in and out pretty quick. Glad I'm able to see the same person every visit and not different ppl!

I just love the Howard Center. They have the best staff in technology is fantastic. I love how they do mammograms there which a lot of ladies would love because you don’t have to be in pain after your mammogram. I love how they do when they do your Pap smears, Which they can see what’s going on in that area. So I love love going there and I am pushing for more women to go. I just hope I win a purse.

I have only been to a gynecologist once before my last visit with Mrs luster!! I highly recommend this place!! Bedside manner was on point and I will not be going any where else. One stop shop and very convenient!! I got my labs , some info on there diet center, and a untrasound and a mammogram and the staff is on point as well!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This service is number 10 and over, everyone that works there makes your visit the best ever. I started out with Ms Rose way back in the day when she was with Dr Dorminy in Tifton, love this lady and I will be under her care as long as she works.

FNP was very attentive during the evaluation. She explained the procedures performed and the recommendation for further testing to rule out possibilities of uncertainties.

Kara and her team at the Decatur Howard Center are incredible! From the moment you walk in, everyone is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re walking in the doors of a friend’s house. The doctors and staff really take their time, explaining everything and making sure you understand all your options. You can tell they genuinely care. I couldn’t recommend Kara, her team, and this location enough!

I had a wonderful experience. I like their new location. The building is very modern. Ms. Milhollin was professional and considerate. She made me feel comfortable about having g my annual exam.

Coming into the office I was impressed with the decor, the waiting room is very cozy and accommodating. They also offer refreshments. I was greeted with a smile and promptly checked in. Every step of the appointment was professional and everything was explained thoroughly. I really liked that I was able to ask questions and get clear feedback on what was best for me. It’s important to feel heard by your doctors/nurses/care technicians and this first visit was an indication that I am in great hands.

I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The experience from at the front desk with the clerk who checked me in. To the medical assistant who did my labs, to the nurse practitioner I seen was 100 percent kind, and helpful. Mrs. Mandy was so educational and professional on how to help me with my issues. She found an action plan to help me get on the right road to helping me get well. The Howard center worked very diligently to get me some relief from my pain. The nurses and doctors who took care of me during and after surgery were absolutely wonderful with the best bedside mannners. All staff were a 10/10!! Thank you for Howard Center.

This was my first visit; it was easy to commute to on public transportation, great location, the cleanliness of the exterior and interior is immaculate, I almost lost it when I saw the snack bar lol, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff is superior. They treat you like family and they are SO thorough during your visit. I've been searching for a PCP for a while because I wasn't satisfied with my other provider. So, I made my decision official when my visit was complete that the Howard Center will be my PCP from now on. I even told my sisters about them and encouraged them to book an appointment. My review is for the staff; the doctor was great, but the staff really made all the difference in the world to me. Everyone was so sweet & gentle which is what you want for your first time at the OBGYN or whatever. It was beautifully decorated in the cutest pinks and fall decor, everyone was patient & kind in tone & demeanor, they were happy to explain everything to me in full detail as it relates to what I was about to experience. The medical assistants were so sweet & had the best “bedside manner”. They were communicative, and just kind. It was a warm environment, nothing like what you expect at the doctors office, & you can tell they actually like working together, and the visitors just experience an overflow of that. I also got a same day appointment which was very convenient for me. I plan on returning, and keeping business with this office for sure. Very professional, very cutesy, very demure. ❤️

For this to be my first time going to a obgyn by myself I was very uncomfortable at first. When I entered, ladies at the desk warmed me up inside and the nurse who called me back was very nice. I loved how my appointment went with my doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Awesome and caring!

The nurses let you know what going too be taking place. And talk with you about any concerns you might be having. Or just scared too ask. So the nurse still give you a clear indication without you being ashamed. And I was told now they’re offering mammograms inside the office and that’s a bigger plus. Every visit was outstanding and they truly loves their patients.

I have never had a medical provider that I felt so comfortable with. She is knowledgeable, and she takes the time to answer ALL questions. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire Waycross office. Despite the fact that the office is over 50 miles away from my home, I would absolutely not go to anyone else, and Kala Hodges feels like a sister or a best friend. So extremely thankful that I found The Howard Center!!

The best ever!!!

The Howard center is pretty good at what they do but Ms Kala Hodges takes it up a notch. The HC set up labs for me on a Friday and within 2 days I had my results. Taylor in the office, set up an appt for me to discuss my results with Ms Kala Hodges. We did a telemed Q&A. She told me what was within norms and what wasn't and made sure I was clear in my understanding about what we were discussing. I was allowed to ask questions and she gave me straight answers. We discussed meds needed or not, supplements and exercise. She called in meds just like she said and within an hour my pharmacy was calling me. I was treated fairly and taken care of in a very professional manner. While talking with Ms Hodges, I felt like we were collaborating about my health instead of her just telling me what's what. I had a voice and I can honestly say I've never had that before. I felt safe, comfortable and I know I'm more than a number. Thank you to the staff at Howard center, especially Ms. Kala Hodges.

Checked in early and was taken right in for my mammogram. Facility is very clean and accommodating. They thought of everything!

My visit went very well today. The front desk staff member was very warm and welcoming and prioritized getting me checked in as quickly as possible (despite being busy with nonstop phone calls). Additionally, I appreciate the NP, Courtney, and how friendly, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental she is. She made what could have been a stressful visit very comfortable due to her reassurance, expertise, and kind "bedside manner." She treats her patients with the utmost care and respect.

Everyone is so accommodating as soon as you walk in the door. Mandy is easy to talk to and can explain what my body needs while going through the changes of menopause. She is ready and willing to help. Also, they can perform mammograms right in the office. I encourage you to give them a try.

The entire visit to the Howard Center was excellent. The facility is immaculate. All staff (reception, intake nurse, ultrasound tech, phlebotomist, surgery center manager) were professional and patient. All had great communication skills and answered my questions thoroughly. As for Ms. Wilson, in addition to the fore mentioned traits, she is an exemplary caregiver. She has a comforting personality, kind touch, and spoke to me with clear, intelligent explanations…. I really appreciated that. Thank you for a positive experience.

The office decor is beautiful. You feel your more at a spa then a doctor office. The staff is very kind, and makes what use to be an uncomfortable visit a pleasant one now. Very thankful for such a wonderful staff and the newest equipment on the market so close to home. One the easiest appointments I have ever had .

Howard Center takes some edge off of the lady visit. Everyone was polite. We were offered snack and beverage. The cream of it all was the mammogram room. Diamonds and mirrors, all sparkly! I was seriously impressed. I love having everything right there to get my annual lady visit all taken care of in one place and one visit!

Ms. Hodges made me feel so comfortable at my visit today along with the other staff. Ms. Hodges was caring, very knowledgeable, and took up time to go over my blood work with me as the results came in from lab corp during the visit. She explained thoroughly about alternatives for a problem if my test she ordered resulted in me needing a procedure or medication. Ms. Hodges is a professional who makes her patients know she is really listening to them. I was very impressed with her. I felt much better after my visit and talking with Ms. Hodges.

Everybody was so nice and sweet ..

everything was fine, my ultrasound, swab, and vitals. i also asked for a breast exam to be performed just to be safe. she asked if i’ve had any pain and i said no i just wanted to be safe. she ignored my request and left me in the room with my packet to check out at the front desk. i will never come back if they are going to ignore my health wishes.

I love Rose she has taken care of me through the 2 times I had my babies and she was the ultra sound tech for Dr. Dorminy and now she's still taking care of me..she has helped me tremendously with the female things we ladies have to go through..she takes great care of me..she is number 1 in my book
