Kayla Allen, W.H.N.P.


Kayla Allen, WHNP, a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Howard Center for Women's Health in Covington, Athens, Lawrenceville, and Decatur, Georgia, is passionate about advancing women’s health through compassionate, patient-centered care. With expertise in maternal-fetal medicine, gynecology, urogynecology, and reproductive endocrinology, she is committed to empowering women with knowledge and resources to address their health needs.

Her journey in women’s health began as a high-risk perinatal nurse at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, where she has excelled as a relief charge nurse, staff nurse, and extern in the Level III High-Risk Perinatal Unit. Her outstanding contributions earned her the Clinical Excellence Award and recognition in the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nursing.

Kayla completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where she was honored as a member of the prestigious 100 Senior Honorary.

At Howard Center for Women's Health, Kayla focuses on raising awareness about reproductive health issues and fostering open, informed dialogue with her patients. She believes in blending clinical excellence with compassionate care to support women through all stages of life.

Whether providing guidance on reproductive endocrinology, offering urogynecology care, or supporting maternal-fetal health, Kayla looks forward to partnering with patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. She welcomes new patients and is excited to contribute to a healthier, more informed community.
