Jamie Barr, FNP-C, is a compassionate and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Jamie brings a diverse and comprehensive background in pediatric, adult, and geriatric care, making her an ideal fit as a float provider for The Howard Center, with her primary location in Warner Robins, GA.

Jamie is passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered care and is known for her attention to detail, high patient satisfaction, and dedication to improving health outcomes. Her clinical expertise includes well-woman exams, preventative and chronic care management, therapeutic injections, IV therapy, and hormonal replacement therapy. She is also proficient in lab and diagnostic interpretation, nutritional therapy, and medication management.

Before joining The Howard Center, Jamie served in various healthcare settings across Georgia and Colorado, including pediatric practices, home healthcare, and neonatal intensive care. Her commitment to education and excellence is reflected in her academic achievements, earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and recognition by Sigma Theta Tau and The National Society of Leadership and Success.

Jamie is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds active licensure in multiple states. She is BLS, ACLS, and NRP certified.
