
Dr. James Andrew Howard is a native of Ashburn, Georgia. He studied Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, from where he graduated in 1992. He did an internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mountain Area Health Education Center which is part of Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. He also did anesthesia training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
He became a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999 and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the year 2000. More recently he has received a certification from the American Board of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine, which gives his patients the opportunity to access a wealth of information regarding, not only ways to improve their lives, but tools to extend their lives.
He has been in practice with his wife Dr. Kaylar Howard for over 13 years.

She also completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Mrs. Bonnie Simpson is a native of Fitzgerald, Georgia. She studied at Emory University in where she received her Masters in Science in Nursing, Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner specialty. Mrs. Simpson is proud to be able to deliver comprehensive health care to women throughout the lifespan, with an emphasis on reproductive and gynecologic health needs. As part of her career she is well-qualified to provide well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum care, care for women experiencing episodic acute or chronic illnesses, as well as care to men who have selected reproductive health needs or problems.
Mrs. Simpson has been a part of The Howard Center's team of providers for over ten years.

Mrs. Rose Smith is a native of Broxton, Georgia. She studied at Emory University in where she received her Masters in Science in Nursing, Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner specialty. Mrs. Smith is proud to be able to deliver comprehensive health care to women throughout the lifespan, with an emphasis on reproductive and gynecologic health needs. Mrs. Linda Riffle is the latest addition to the team of providers at The Howard Center. Although she is transferring from Gulfport, Mississippi she is a native of Valdosta, Georgia and attended Valdosta State University where she graduated with a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing, Nurse Midwifery Specialty at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.
Mrs. Riffle served in the Air Force, both as a clinical nurse and later as Nurse Manager for the OB/GYN units.
She is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and has advanced credentials in First Assistant Cesarean Sections and Implanon insertions.
